Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.
Deliveries
We aim to hold stocks of all lines illustrated on our web site and despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an on-line order (Excluding weekends & bank holidays) However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be delayed. We will inform you accordingly if this is the case.
Standard Delivery:
 UK mainland only:
 2 - 5 working days.
Overnight Delivery:
England & Wales mainland only (excluding weekends & bank holidays) additional £4.00 (for orders received before 1:00pm from  Monday till Thursday)

 Dispatch within 7 working days of receipt of order.
Return or Exchange
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You are responsible for postage costs of any returned items.
Faulty Goods
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please call within 3 days of delivery on 07821 96 79 98 or 01293 41 67 59, and provide details of the product and the reason for return. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Regulations
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by email to sales@futureshavingsfork.co.uk or by post to the address below.
Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
